We offer 100% Free Shipping on COD orders. You simply pay the full order amount in cash or via UPI to the delivery executive upon arrival.

Note: We may verify COD orders via call/WhatsApp before dispatch to prevent fake bookings.
Refusing a COD parcel at the doorstep causes significant logistical losses. Customers who reject parcels (RTO) will have their COD privileges permanently revoked and will be restricted to Prepaid-only for all future purchases.
No, you can easily checkout as a guest. However, creating an account helps you track your orders faster and saves your details for quicker checkouts.

2. Shipping & Delivery
No! We are delighted to offer 100% FREE SHIPPING across India for all orders, whether you choose Prepaid or Cash on Delivery.
Orders are dispatched within 1-2 working days. Estimated delivery times are:
Metro Cities: 5-7 working days
Rest of India: 6-8 working days
Remote Locations: 7-10 working days
As soon as your order is shipped, a Tracking Number and a live tracking link will be automatically sent to your registered mobile number (via SMS/WhatsApp) and email address.
Address and contact modifications are only possible before the order is dispatched from our warehouse. Once the parcel is shipped, details cannot be altered.
3. Returns & Refunds
You must raise a return request within 7 days of delivery. Items must be completely unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags and security seals strictly intact.
Yes. A reverse courier fee of ₹99 per item is strictly deducted from your final refund amount.
Refunds are credited back to your original payment method within 24 hours after the returned item successfully passes our Quality Check (minus the ₹99 per item fee).
Since the payment was collected at delivery, eligible COD refunds are securely credited directly to your Bank Account or UPI ID within 24 hours after passing QC (minus the ₹99 per item fee).
A clear, continuous, and unedited unboxing video is mandatory to claim damages or missing items. Genuine claims with valid video proof reported within 24 hours will receive a Full Refund (the ₹99 deduction will be waived).
If our courier partners cannot pick up the return, you must self-ship the item back to us securely. In this scenario, the standard ₹99 per item return fee will NOT be deducted.
4. Exchanges & Support
Yes, an item can be exchanged only once for a different Size or Color (subject to stock availability). Exchanging for a completely different design is not permitted.
Yes, a reverse courier/exchange fee of ₹99 per item applies to all exchanges.
We provide a detailed Size Chart on every product page. Please refer to it carefully before placing your order to ensure a perfect fit.
We conduct strict, camera-recorded Quality Checks. If a customer attempts to return a fake, used, or different brand item, the request will be permanently denied, no refund will be issued, and the account will be banned.
