Prepaid Orders

Pay securely upfront at checkout via UPI, Cards, or Netbanking and enjoy seamless free delivery with zero extra charges.

COD Orders (Free Shipping)

COD orders also come with 100% Free Shipping! The full order amount must be paid in cash or via UPI to the courier executive at the exact time of delivery.

2. Order Processing & Dispatch
Standard Dispatch: All orders are processed and dispatched from our warehouse within 1–2 working days (excluding Sundays and Public Holidays).
High Volume Periods: During sale events, festive seasons, or new drops, processing may take an additional 24 to 48 hours.
Order Verification: To prevent fake or automated bookings, we reserve the right to verify COD orders via an automated phone call or WhatsApp before dispatching.
3. Estimated Delivery Timelines

Once dispatched, estimated transit times are as follows (Subject to weather/courier delays):

Metro Cities 5–7 Working Days
Rest of India 6–8 Working Days
Remote / J&K / North East 7–10 Working Days
4. Order Tracking

Real-Time Updates: As soon as your order is shipped, a Tracking Number and a live tracking link will be sent to your registered mobile number (via SMS/WhatsApp) and email address. You can track the real-time movement of your package directly through our courier partner’s portal.
5. Delivery Attempts & Strict RTO Penalties
Courier partners will attempt delivery a maximum of 3 times. If you are unavailable, provide an incorrect address, or reject the parcel, it returns to our warehouse (RTO). Strict penalties apply to cover logistical losses:
For COD Orders: Refusing a parcel at the doorstep causes significant losses. Customers with failed COD deliveries (RTO) will have their COD privileges permanently revoked and restricted to Prepaid only.
For Prepaid Orders: A reverse shipping penalty of ₹99 per item will be deducted from your total amount, and the remaining balance will be refunded to your original payment method.
* Re-shipping: If you want an RTO parcel shipped again, you must pay standard shipping charges in advance.
6. Modifications
Before Dispatch: Address/phone changes are only possible if the order hasn't been processed.
After Dispatch: No changes to delivery address or contact details can be made once it leaves the warehouse.
7. Tampered Parcels
Do Not Accept: If the outer packaging is crushed, torn, or open at delivery, refuse it immediately.
Mandatory Unboxing Video: For missing/wrong items, a clear, continuous unedited unboxing video is required. Claims without it are instantly rejected.
