Welcome to WANGAN. By accessing or using our website and purchasing our products, you agree to be bound by the following Terms of Service. Please read these terms carefully before placing an order. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not access the website or use our services.

🚨 IMPORTANT: All fees, charges, and penalties mentioned in these terms (such as return, cancellation, and exchange fees) apply strictly on a PER-ITEM / PER-PRODUCT basis.

1. General Conditions

  • By agreeing to these Terms of Service, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your state or province of residence.

  • You may not use our products for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.

  • We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.

2. Pricing and Product Information

  • Modifications: Prices for our products are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any product or offer at any time.

  • Accuracy: We have made every effort to display the colors and images of our products as accurately as possible. However, we cannot guarantee that your device's display of any color will be completely accurate.

  • Non-Returnable Items: Products purchased during flash sales, clearance events, or with heavy promotional discounts are strictly non-returnable and non-exchangeable.

3. Billing, Payments, and COD Rules

We offer Free Shipping across India on all orders. However, strict payment guidelines apply:

  • Prepaid Orders: 100% payment must be made securely at checkout via UPI, Card, Netbanking, or Wallets.

  • Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders: The full order amount must be paid to the delivery executive upon delivery.

  • COD Refunds: All eligible refunds for returned COD orders will be credited via Bank Transfer or UPI after our support team securely collects your details.

4. Shipping and Delivery Terms

  • Dispatch & Timelines: Orders are processed within 1-2 working days. Estimated delivery takes 5-10 working days, depending on your location.

  • Delivery Attempts: Our courier partners will attempt delivery a maximum of 3 times.

  • Address Modifications: Delivery addresses and contact numbers cannot be altered once the order has been processed or dispatched from our warehouse.

5. Cancellations and Failed Deliveries (RTO)

To prevent fraudulent orders and cover operational logistics, strict cancellation rules apply:

  • Pre-Dispatch Cancellations: Orders can be cancelled without penalty only before they are packed or shipped.

  • Post-Dispatch Cancellations & Refusals: If you cancel an order after it has been shipped, or if the courier returns the parcel after 3 failed delivery attempts (due to unavailability or doorstep refusal):

    • Prepaid Orders: A penalty of ₹99 per item will be deducted, and the remaining amount will be refunded to your original payment method.

    • COD Orders: Refusing a COD parcel at the doorstep causes significant logistical losses. Customers with a history of failed COD deliveries or post-dispatch cancellations will have their accounts permanently flagged. Their COD privileges will be revoked, restricting them to Prepaid orders only for future purchases.

6. Returns and Refunds

  • Window: Return requests must be initiated within 7 days of delivery.

  • Condition: Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags and security seals completely intact.

  • Return Charges: A reverse shipping fee of ₹99 per item applies to all returns.

    • For Prepaid orders, ₹99 per item is deducted before processing the refund to the original payment method.

    • For COD orders, ₹99 per item is deducted from the total refund amount before processing the Bank/UPI transfer.

  • Self-Shipping: If your pin code is unserviceable for return pickup, you must ship the item back via a third-party courier. In this case, the ₹99 per item deduction is waived.

7. Exchanges

  • Limit & Scope: Exchanges are permitted only once per item and are strictly limited to Size or Color changes (subject to stock availability). Design changes are not allowed.

  • Price Difference: If an exchanged item has a higher value, the price difference must be paid in advance. If it has a lower value, the difference will be refunded (via original payment method or Bank/UPI).

  • Re-Shipping Penalty: If you fail to accept the delivery of your exchanged item after 3 attempts, an extra ₹99 per item will be charged to dispatch it again.

8. Mandatory Unboxing Video & Damage Claims

  • Unboxing Video Requirement: To claim missing items, wrong items, or internal damage, you must record a clear, continuous, and unedited unboxing video while opening the sealed package.

  • Claim Window: Claims must be raised within 24 hours of delivery. Claims submitted without valid video evidence will be unconditionally rejected.

  • Tampered Parcels: If the parcel looks damaged or tampered with from the outside at the time of delivery, do not accept it.

9. Fraud Prevention and Zero Tolerance

WANGAN conducts a strict Quality Check (QC) with camera recordings on all returned items. If we detect fraudulent activity—such as attempting to return a used item, a different brand, or a counterfeit product—the return/exchange will be instantly denied. No refund will be issued, and the user's account, address, and contact details will be permanently banned from our platform.
