At WANGAN, we strive to deliver your orders as quickly, safely, and reliably as possible. To ensure a smooth and premium delivery experience, please carefully review our shipping guidelines below.

1. Shipping Charges & Payment Modes

We are delighted to offer 100% FREE SHIPPING across India on ALL orders, regardless of the payment method you choose.

  • Prepaid Orders: Pay securely upfront at checkout via UPI, Cards, or Netbanking and enjoy seamless, contactless free delivery.

  • Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders: COD orders also come with Free Shipping! The full order amount must be paid in cash or via UPI to the courier executive at the exact time of delivery.

2. Order Processing & Dispatch

  • Standard Dispatch: All orders are processed and dispatched from our warehouse within 1–2 working days (excluding Sundays and Public Holidays).

  • High Volume Periods: During mega sale events, festive seasons, or new product drops, order processing may take an additional 24 to 48 hours due to a surge in orders.

  • Order Verification (For COD): To prevent fake or automated bookings, we reserve the right to verify COD orders via an automated phone call or WhatsApp before dispatching the parcel. Unverified orders may be put on hold or cancelled.

3. Estimated Delivery Timelines

Once your order is dispatched from our warehouse, the estimated transit times are as follows:

  • Metro Cities: 5–7 working days.

  • Rest of India: 6–8 working days.

  • Remote Locations / J&K / North East: 7–10 working days. (Please note: These timelines are estimates. Unforeseen circumstances such as extreme weather, natural disasters, or local courier strikes may cause slight delays.)

4. Order Tracking

  • As soon as your order is shipped, a Tracking Number and a live tracking link will be automatically sent to your registered mobile number (via SMS/WhatsApp) and email address.

  • You can track the real-time movement of your package directly through our courier partner’s live tracking portal.

5. Delivery Attempts & Strict RTO (Return to Origin) Penalties

Our courier partners will attempt to deliver your package a maximum of 3 times. If you are unavailable, fail to answer the courier's calls, provide an incomplete/incorrect address, or reject the parcel at the doorstep, the package will be returned to our warehouse (RTO).

In such cases, strict rules apply to cover logistical losses:

  • For Prepaid Orders: A reverse shipping penalty of ₹99 per item will be deducted from your total amount, and the remaining balance will be refunded to your original payment method.

  • For COD Orders: Refusing a COD parcel at the doorstep causes significant operational losses. Customers with a history of rejecting parcels or failed COD deliveries (RTO) will have their accounts permanently flagged. Their COD privileges will be revoked, restricting them to Prepaid orders only for all future purchases on WANGAN.

  • Re-shipping: If you want an RTO parcel to be shipped to you again, you must pay the standard shipping charges in advance before the second dispatch.

6. Address & Contact Modifications

  • Before Dispatch: Address or phone number changes are only possible if the order has not yet been processed or shipped.

  • After Dispatch: Once the tracking number is generated and the parcel leaves our warehouse, no changes to the delivery address or contact number can be made under any circumstances. Please double-check your details thoroughly at checkout.

7. Damaged Packaging & Tampered Parcels

  • Do Not Accept Tampered Parcels: If you notice that the outer packaging is crushed, torn, open, or tampered with at the time of delivery, refuse to accept the package from the courier executive and inform us immediately.

  • Mandatory Unboxing Video: For any claims regarding missing items, wrong items, or internal damage, you must record a clear, continuous, 360-degree, and unedited Unboxing Video while opening the sealed parcel. Claims submitted without a valid unboxing video will be instantly rejected.
