Return & Refund Policy

At WANGAN, we are committed to providing premium quality at the most competitive prices. To maintain this standard and ensure complete transparency, we have established a strict policy.
⚠ IMPORTANT NOTE: All return, refund, cancellation, and penalty charges mentioned below are strictly applicable on a PER-ITEM basis.
1. General Eligibility & Conditions
7-Day Window

Return or exchange requests must be raised within 7 days of delivery. The portal automatically closes after 7 days.

Product Condition

Items must be absolutely unused & unwashed. All original packaging, tags, and security seals must remain strictly intact.

Non-Returnable

Products purchased during flash sales, heavy discounts, or promotional offers are completely non-returnable.

2. Prepaid Orders
Return Charges: A reverse courier fee of ₹99 per item will be deducted from your total refund amount.
Refund Timeline: Once the returned product passes our QC, the remaining amount is refunded to your original payment method within 24 hours.

Pre-delivery Cancellation: If cancelled after packing/dispatch, a penalty of ₹99 per item will be deducted.
Failed Delivery (RTO): If you are unavailable or refuse the parcel after 3 attempts, a penalty of ₹99 per item will be deducted before issuing the refund.
3. Cash On Delivery (COD) Orders

Pay on Delivery

The full order amount must be paid in cash or via UPI to the delivery executive upon arrival.

Post-Delivery Returns (UPI/Bank Transfer): A reverse fee of ₹99 per item will be deducted. The final balance will be credited to your Bank Account or UPI ID within 24 hours after passing QC.
Failed Delivery (RTO) Policy: Refusing a COD parcel causes significant logistical losses. Customers with a history of refusing orders will have their COD privileges permanently revoked (Prepaid-only restriction).
4. Exchange Policy
Subject to Availability
Exchanges depend strictly on stock availability. If out of stock, please proceed with a standard return. Exchanging for a completely different design is not allowed (Size/Color only).
Price Differences & Limits
If the new item is of higher value, you will receive a payment link to pay the difference. If lower, the balance is refunded. 1 exchange per item limit. Failed exchange delivery incurs a ₹99 penalty.
5. Non-Serviceable Pin Codes

If your pin code is unserviceable for return pickups by our courier partners, you must securely ship the product back to us using a reliable third-party courier.

Benefit: In this scenario, the standard ₹99/item return fee will NOT be deducted. Full refund issued after QC.

6. Damages & Unboxing Video

Unboxing Video is Mandatory
  • Record a clear, continuous, 360-degree, and unedited video while opening.
  • Claims for internal damage/wrong items must be reported within 24 hours with video proof.
  • Refuse tampered/torn parcels from the courier executive immediately.
  • Genuine claims with valid video receive a Full Refund (₹99 deduction waived).
7. Fraud Prevention
Zero Tolerance Policy

If a customer is found attempting to return a non-WANGAN product, an old/used item, or a counterfeit product:

  • The return or exchange will be instantly & permanently cancelled.
  • No refund will be issued under any circumstances.
  • Account, address, and details will be permanently blacklisted from our store.
