Return & Refund Policy
Return or exchange requests must be raised within 7 days of delivery. The portal automatically closes after 7 days.
Items must be absolutely unused & unwashed. All original packaging, tags, and security seals must remain strictly intact.
Products purchased during flash sales, heavy discounts, or promotional offers are completely non-returnable.
The full order amount must be paid in cash or via UPI to the delivery executive upon arrival.
Exchanges depend strictly on stock availability. If out of stock, please proceed with a standard return. Exchanging for a completely different design is not allowed (Size/Color only).
If the new item is of higher value, you will receive a payment link to pay the difference. If lower, the balance is refunded. 1 exchange per item limit. Failed exchange delivery incurs a ₹99 penalty.
If your pin code is unserviceable for return pickups by our courier partners, you must securely ship the product back to us using a reliable third-party courier.
Benefit: In this scenario, the standard ₹99/item return fee will NOT be deducted. Full refund issued after QC.
- Record a clear, continuous, 360-degree, and unedited video while opening.
- Claims for internal damage/wrong items must be reported within 24 hours with video proof.
- Refuse tampered/torn parcels from the courier executive immediately.
- Genuine claims with valid video receive a Full Refund (₹99 deduction waived).
If a customer is found attempting to return a non-WANGAN product, an old/used item, or a counterfeit product:
- The return or exchange will be instantly & permanently cancelled.
- No refund will be issued under any circumstances.
- Account, address, and details will be permanently blacklisted from our store.
