Welcome to WANGAN. By accessing or using our website and purchasing our products, you agree to be bound by the following Terms of Service. Please read these terms carefully. If you do not agree, you may not access the website.
⚠ IMPORTANT: All fees, charges, and penalties mentioned in these terms (such as return, cancellation, and exchange fees) apply strictly on a PER-ITEM / PER-PRODUCT basis.
1. General Conditions
By agreeing to these Terms, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your state or province of residence.
You may not use our products for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.

2. Pricing and Product Information
Modifications

Prices are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any product/offer at any time.

Accuracy

We try to display colors accurately, but cannot guarantee your device's display will be completely precise.

Non-Returnable

Items bought during flash sales, clearance, or with heavy discounts are strictly non-returnable and non-exchangeable.

3. Billing, Payments & COD Rules

We offer Free Shipping across India on all orders. Strict payment guidelines apply:

Prepaid Orders

100% payment must be made securely at checkout via UPI, Cards, Netbanking, or Wallets.

Cash On Delivery

The full order amount must be paid to the delivery executive upon delivery. Eligible refunds for COD returns will be credited via Bank Transfer or UPI.

4. Shipping and Delivery Terms
Dispatch & Timelines: Orders are processed within 1-2 working days. Estimated delivery takes 5-10 working days, depending on location.

Delivery Attempts: Our courier partners will attempt delivery a maximum of 3 times.

Address Modifications: Delivery addresses and contact numbers cannot be altered once dispatched from our warehouse.
5. Cancellations & Failed Deliveries (RTO)

Pre-Dispatch: Can be cancelled without penalty only before packing/shipping.

Post-Dispatch Cancellations & Refusals (RTO):
  • Prepaid Orders: A penalty of ₹99 per item will be deducted, and the remaining balance will be refunded.
  • COD Orders: Refusing a COD parcel causes significant logistical losses. Customers with a history of failed COD deliveries (RTO) will have their COD privileges permanently revoked (restricted to Prepaid-only for future purchases).
6. Returns & Refunds
  • Window & Condition: Initiate within 7 days. Items must be unused with all tags intact.
  • Return Charges: A reverse shipping fee of ₹99 per item applies to both Prepaid and COD orders (deducted before refunding to your Bank/UPI or original method).
  • Self-Shipping: If pin code is unserviceable, you must self-ship. The ₹99 deduction is waived.
7. Exchanges
  • Limit & Scope: Permitted only once per item. Strictly limited to Size or Color changes (subject to stock). No design changes.
  • Price Difference: Pay advance if higher value. Refunded if lower value.
  • Re-Shipping Penalty: Failing to accept an exchanged item after 3 delivery attempts incurs an extra ₹99/item penalty.
8. Mandatory Unboxing Video

To claim missing items, wrong items, or internal damage, you must record a clear, continuous, unedited unboxing video. Claims raised within 24 hours without valid video evidence will be unconditionally rejected. Do not accept tampered parcels.
9. Fraud Prevention (Zero Tolerance)

WANGAN conducts a strict QC on all returned items. If we detect fraudulent activity—such as returning a used item, a different brand, or a counterfeit product—the return/exchange will be instantly denied. No refund will be issued, and the user's account will be permanently banned from our platform.
