1. General Eligibility

• 7-Day Window: Return/exchange requests must be raised within 7 days of delivery.
• Condition: Items must be completely unused, unwashed, with all original tags and security seals strictly intact.
• Exceptions: Promotional, flash sale, or heavily discounted items are non-returnable.

2. Return Charges & Refunds

• Deduction: A reverse courier fee of ₹99 per item is deducted from your refund.
• Timeline: Refunds are credited within 24 hours after the item passes our Quality Check (QC).
• Payment Method: Prepaid orders are refunded to the original source. COD orders are refunded via Bank Transfer or UPI.
• Self-Shipping: If your pin code is unserviceable, you must courier the item yourself. In this case, the ₹99 fee is not deducted.

3. Cancellations & Failed Deliveries (RTO)

• Prepaid Orders: Cancelling after dispatch or rejecting delivery at the doorstep incurs a ₹99/item penalty.
• COD Orders: Rejecting a COD parcel causes logistical loss. Doing so will permanently block your COD privileges for future orders.

4. Exchanges

• Allowed only once per item, exclusively for Size or Color changes (subject to stock).
• If the new item costs more, you pay the difference upfront. If it costs less, the balance is refunded.

5. Damages & Wrong Items (100% Refund)

• Mandatory Proof: A clear, uncut, 360-degree Unboxing Video is strictly required to claim damages or missing items.
• Window: Must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.
• Benefit: Genuine claims with valid video proof get a Full Refund (₹99 fee is completely waived).

6. Zero Tolerance on Fraud

• All returns undergo camera-recorded QC. Attempting to return fake, old, or used items will result in instant cancellation, zero refund, and a permanent ban from WANGAN.
