Important: All return, exchange, and cancellation fees are strictly ₹99 PER ITEM.

1. General Rules

• 7-Day Window: Return/Exchange requests must be raised within 7 days of delivery.
• Condition: Items must be completely unused, unwashed, with all original tags and security seals intact.
• Non-Returnable: Products bought during flash sales or with heavy promotional discounts.

2. Returns, Cancellations & Failed Deliveries (RTO)

• Returns: A reverse courier fee of ₹99 per item is deducted from your refund. (Prepaid refunds go to the original payment method; COD refunds are processed via Bank Transfer/UPI).
• Late Cancellations: If a prepaid order is cancelled after it has been packed or dispatched, a ₹99 per item penalty applies.
• Failed Delivery (RTO): * Prepaid Orders: ₹99 per item is deducted before refunding.COD Orders: Refusing a COD parcel at the doorstep causes severe logistical losses. Your account will be flagged and permanently restricted to Prepaid-only for all future purchases.

3. Exchanges

• Allowed only once for a different Size or Color (subject to stock availability).
• A reverse courier exchange fee of ₹99 per item applies.
• You pay the difference for higher-value items; we refund the difference for lower-value items.

4. Mandatory Unboxing Video (Damages/Defects)

• A clear, continuous, and unedited unboxing video is mandatory to claim damaged, wrong, or missing items.
• Claims must be reported within 24 hours of delivery. Genuine claims with valid video proof get a Full Refund (₹99 deduction waived). Do not accept physically tampered parcels.

5. Self-Shipping & Fraud Prevention

• Self-Ship: If your pin code is unserviceable for return pickups, you must courier the item to us securely. In this case, the ₹99 return fee will be waived.
• Fraud Prevention: We conduct strict camera-recorded QC. Returning fake, different, or used items will result in a permanent ban and no refund will be issued.
